Psalm 98
Praise the King
A psalm.
1 Sing a new song to the Lord,(A)
for he has performed wonders;
his right hand and holy arm
have won him victory.(B)
2 The Lord has made his victory known;
he has revealed his righteousness
in the sight of the nations.(C)
3 He has remembered his love
and faithfulness to the house of Israel;
all the ends of the earth
have seen our God’s victory.(D)
Isaiah 51:9

Arm of the Lord, clothe yourself with strength.
Wake up as in days past,
as in generations long ago.
Wasn’t it you who hacked Rahab to pieces,(A)
who pierced the sea monster?(B)

18 “Knowing[a] their works and their thoughts, I have come to gather all nations and languages;(A) they will come and see my glory. 19 I will establish a sign among them, and I will send survivors from them to the nations—to Tarshish, Put,[b] Lud (who are archers), Tubal, Javan,(B) and the coasts and islands far away—who have not heard about me or seen my glory. And they will proclaim my glory among the nations.(C)
